Storyline

Deep in the forests of the Pacific Northwest, isolated from society, a devoted father dedicates his life to transforming his six young children into extraordinary adults. But when a tragedy strikes the family, they are forced to leave this self-created paradise and begin a journey into the outside world that challenges his idea of what it means to be a parent and brings into question everything he's taught them.

Matthew Brandon "Matt" Ross (born January 3, 1970) is an American actor, director and screenwriter. He is best known for his role as Alby Grant in the HBO series, „Big Love“, Gavin Belson in HBO series „Silicon Valley“, Glenn Odekirk in „The Aviator“, directed by Martin Scorsese and as Eddie Scott in the 2005 film „Good Night, and Good Luck“. He also directed the feature film „28 Hotel Rooms“ which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in 2012.
