Synopsis

Planet Ocean is a plea for humanity to respect the world we live in. Thanks to its astonishing aerial photography by Yann Arthus-Bertran and its award winning underwater cameramen, the film takes us on a magnificent and unprecedented journey into the heart of the least known regions of our planet. Co-Written with Michael Pitiot, in collaboration with a unique pool of researchers, oceanographers and biologists from several countries, the film narrates the links between man and ocean, the future of humankind on Earth, the issue of the governance of the high seas and challenges we will have to face tomorrow.
