Summary:

1970’s, ex Yugoslavia. 9 year old Goran, math and soccer talent, is growing up in a religiously mixed family also immersed in communism. Different worlds, origins and influences will eventually be impressed into the young man's mind. Mother-father relationship is doomed from the beginning of the film. Father eventually abandones them and starts another relationship with a woman he used to know. Mother tries to be happy as well.

Biography

Dejan Aćimović graduated from Academy of Drama Arts in Zagreb in 1986. Since 1987 he has been engaged in the Zagreb Youth Theatre and has performed in many theatre productions.

As a film actor he starred in many Croatian and foreign films, as well as several television films and series. In 2000 he directed his first feature film ‘Is it clear, my friend?’ and has received Golden Arena Award for the supporting role and for the set design at the Pula Film Festival.
