Berlin electronic music composer Martin, known as DJ Ickarus, is touring with his manager and girlfriend Mathilde, from club to club around the globe, and is about to release their biggest album to date. However, all of his plans are thrown out of kilter after Martin is submitted to the emergency ward of a psychiatric clinic high on drugs after a gig. A tragicomedy in Berlin of today.
Hannes Stöhr was born in Sttutgart in 1970. In 1990-ies he studied European Law at University of Passau. From 1995 till 1999 he studied Screenwriting and Direction at the German Film Academy in Berlin. His feature „Berlin is in Germany“ from 2001 received Audience award at Berlin film festival. Feature „One day in Europe“ from 2005 was Golden Bear nominee at same festival.
